Description

This bear went to Hollywood!

When you purchase this wildlife art print a story goes with it. When clients call requesting to collaborate with me I get excited. I never know what they may be considering for a sculpture. This time it was to add to a client’s collection of bears. So we chatted over sketches and settled on a sleeping Grizzly bear. The sculpture was completed and delivered after I photographed the artwork under studio lighting for limited edition prints. This print was based on that image! And you can purchase this wildlife very special wildlife art print of a bear today.

What happened next was amazing.

Grizz… was seen on social media and in magazine articles and a call came in from an art director of a prominent jewellery designer in New York City. Eighteen sculptures of bunnies, owls and yes, bears were completed and delivered to New York and Hollywood for Christmas window displays in 2017. It was wonderful time.

All because a client had asked about my interest in exploring bear designs for her. Amazing!

So the bear in this 9″ x 12″  worked hard for me and is taking a well deserved rest. Perhaps he can find a place as part of an art collection of a friend or in yours at home.  Sleep well Grizz…
